Swab the inside of your cheek with the oral swab sticks in the kit for 30-60 seconds. Fill out the consent form completely.
Place the swabs in the sample envelope and ship them to Genetiks Lab along with the consent form.
Your genes are analyzed in detail in a laboratory setting. Quick communication and tracking are provided throughout the process.
Results are reported within approximately 20 business days and interpreted by an expert genetic consultant.
A detailed presentation is made through a one-on-one meeting after the report. Your personal life strategy is determined.
You can easily collect your sample at home using the oral swab method. No blood or needles required.
Do not eat, drink, chew gum or brush your teeth for at least 30 minutes before collecting your sample.
Remove the swab stick from its packaging. Do not touch the cotton tip with your hands.
Place the swab against the inside of one cheek and rub with moderate pressure for 15–20 seconds in a rotating motion.
Repeat the same process on the inside of your other cheek.
Without letting the swab dry, place it in the tube/envelope provided in the kit and seal it tightly.
Complete and sign the information and consent form included in the kit.
Place everything back in the box and ship it to Genetiks Lab.
